Experience:
Virginia as General Counsel has a broad background in corporate, litigation, and intellectual property matters, and is a registered Patent Attorney before the United States Patent & Trademark Office.
Virginia has been principal of her law firm in the Washington State, and associate attorney in litigation departments of numerous law firms, including Vantage Law Group and Seltzer Caplan McMahon & Vitek in San Diego, California.
Her intelectual property experience includes preparing and prosecuting provisional, utility, design and PCT patent applications in a variety of arts, including digital wireless telecomunications, magnetic disk storage, explosive bonding, emergency response, axial field energy, missile transport, micro-heat pilpes, medical monitoring, modular displays, metal composites, and aerospace safety. She also has experience in the trademark field having prepared and prosecuted over 60 federal trademark applications.
For the first 10 years of her career, Virginia handled all phases of over 200 litigatio matters at the state or federal levels, including trademark and patent infringement, employment litigation, trade-secret, non-compete, unfair business practices, partnership disputes, class actions, pre-judgment remedies and appeals, jury and bench trials, arbitrations and mediations.
Virginia is a member of the Washington State Bar, California State Bar, the District of Columbia Court of Appeals, and the United States District Courts for Western District of Washington and the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California. .

Larry has more than 40 years of extensive experience in aviation electronics related engineering, development and deployment.
United Parcel Service - 12 years UPS Air Hub air traffic improvement, deployment representative during the first
FAA ADS-B system deployment in Alaska, while also esteblishing the first ADS-B instrument approaches.
Larry's experience, from engineer to director, began with eight years in the U. S. Air Force and
continuing later with major electronic companies such as Litton, Teledyne, Kaiser, ROLM, IBM, Loral and UPS.
Projects involved classified groups, prime contractors, in the development of inertial LORAN, GPS Joint Stars and
surveillance systems, heads-up and head down cocpit display, air traffic control ADS-B, data link, terrain maping
and flight following systems.
